Who is Carole Nicolaides. If you visit my corporate website you will see my corporate bio, but it doesn’t give you a real picture of who I am and I am up to. Nevertheless, I had to have a corporate bio since that’s the only way I can attract professional organizations to do business with me, even though I doubt they read any of my things.
I claim myself an international citizen. I was born in Greece, raised in Germany, studied and lived in Germany and France and for the past 15 years live in the USA.
Most good things in my life happened very effortless- almost by accident. For example, I never wanted to cross the big blue ocean and settle in the states. After all, I enjoyed the dolce vita in France, Italy, Greece and Spain, but an unexpected phone call from my first love who happened to live in Chicago changed my life plans. After having a long distance relationship for six months, I decided to leave up my comfortable life in beautiful France and seek something different in the windy city.
I began working in the program management and training field in 1995, and have evolved myself into an advisor/coach/trainer for teams who runs multi million dollar projects and leadership coach for their leaders. mana I worked as a consultant for many large organizations until last October, when I took a leap of faith and decided to take a sabbatical for a year.
